Clyde is the leader of the entire team at Oaks Nursing Center.  He is in charge of making sure that your overall stay meets your expectations, working through issues as they arise, and moving/activating company resources to ensure your loved one receives the highest standard of care.

Patricia is the person who will verify all of your benefits and inform you of what financial responsibility you may have during your stay at Oaks Nursing Center.  We don’t want there to be any surprises for you in this area, so transparency up front is key. Patricia will ensure you are fully aware of the financial  implications of a stay at Oaks.

Patrick heads up the entire clinical team at Oaks.  He will work to understand your clinical history, future clinical goals, and coordinate the care you receive during your stay to meet those goals.  ​

Charlotte ensures that all of your social, psychosocial and physical needs are met upon admission and eventual discharge. She will aid in arranging therapy sessions, visit with you about your history and future goals, and assist with any equipment needs you may have after discharge to ensure success.
